Visual Interface Design
2020 - 2021, semester 2
"Use five screens (or more) to create a visual design for a user interface to search for one or more books from the school library, for secondary school students."
Using the house style of the Municipality of Amsterdam, I had to create an application for a tablet that is in the library of a secondary school. Students can use this tablet to search for a book that can be found in the library. By means of the tablet, they can easily filter by genre and level, among other things. This makes it easier for the students and therefore more inviting to pick out a book.
Artis Zoo
2020 - 2021, semester 2
"Create a concept specifically aimed at the young, curious animal lover, that is much more than just signage. An interactive, creative concept that allows children to navigate through the park."
I made a design for the new signage for Artis Zoo. It is important here that the signage responds to the children, they have to be able to determine the route. I have chosen to focus on UI/UX, my solution has a digital interface.
Project semester 1
2020 - 2021, semester 1
"Research the most ideal design for a cooking app. Create screens for the app and test them with people around you."
Do research with a group on how to design and organize an app. In addition, research what a user does and does not need in a cooking app. Based on the results, create the screens that the app would have. Test these screens on users in your area and adjust the screens where necessary to create the ideal cooking app.
Human Computer Interaction
2020 - 2021, semester 1
"Create a website where someone can order a personalized beer crate, in the theme of the European Championship."
During the European Championship, many products are offered in the matching theme. Albert Heijn wants to sell beer crates that people can personalize themselves. Create a website where the user can choose what the crate looks like, what the bottles look like, which brand of beer it is and where additional items can be ordered.
