    New Product Development

    2020 - 2021, semester 2

"Investigate a current problem and create a solution for it. Process the results in a poster."

In a group, we researched a problem that has a negative effect on us as students. We then started looking for a solution to this problem, based on our own experiences and the results of the research. We visualized the results in a poster, in order to be able to convey them clearly.

    Content

    2020 - 2021, semester 1

"You design the content of a website for a freelancer, small business or start-up that offers services and/or products."

In a group, we researched a new company for a product that is in demand. We have developed a website for this company that responds to the needs of the user.

    Individuel project 1 - Noted

    2020 - 2021, semester 1

"Help the international student to find their way faster when studying in Amsterdam. Design a web application for mobile that unlocks some of the information in the guide (Noted). Develop your design into a working HTML/CSS prototype."

It is important that this application fits on mobile. Furthermore, the app is in English because it should help international students. Regarding the style, the app must match the guide (Noted).

This is the link to the website. For optimal experience, open the link via mobile or reduce your desktop screen, as this app is made for mobile. However, the app is also accessible for desktop.

    Vormgeving 1

    2020 - 2021, semester 1

"Design a single page website for your favorite food or drink. You will be assigned a visual style by your teacher and make the site for a target group of your choice."

I was allowed to choose a theme for this single page website, but I was assigned the visual style. My style is Vibrating Color. Certain color combinations make it seem as if the images are dancing on the screen.

    User Centered Design

    2020 - 2021, semester 1

"Do research on how consumers use the coffee machines of manufacturer Maas. Provide the manufacturer with clear findings of this research, by means of a poster."

The assignment consists of several parts. The first step is to research the target audience. Understand why they drink coffee from these machines and find out how to make this process easier for them. The findings are presented to the company through a poster. Make sure that this poster is clear. Text, color and layout play a role.
